Florida's dates for bats

Under rule 68A-9.010 of Florida's administrative code, the state normally prohibits excluding bats during their maternity season, from April 16 through August 14, when young bats can't fly. The rule lets exclusion go ahead from August 15 through April 15. Any exception during the restricted season needs specific FWC authorization; do not attempt exclusion yourself.
